Congratulations on taking the first step (and probably the biggest step) to improving your game.

Most people say golf is 90% mental, yet do not spend any time on sharpening their mental skills. Why is this? I believe because they do not have a game plan or process to improve those skills.

In this program, you will be guided step-by-step through every mental game “tool” so you will have a better understanding of how to work on your mental game.

We will start with a few exercises to help you understand yourself as a golfer. You have an article titled¬†“Who you are as a golfer?” Later in your first week, you will receive a few goal setting exercises.

Note It is important to WRITE DOWN all these exercises. We have designed this website curriculum in a way for you to learn it best by writing it down. You will see the importance of writing it down vs. typing it out when we get to the Journaling “tool”. Don’t get frustrated that most articles are images that you can not print easily, we want you to write it down on a note book for your benefit!
