Breath2Relax App this is an excellent free app on your mobile phone recommended to my by Coach Dismuke at University of Houston. It provides you with step-by-step learning on how to breath correctly to calm your mind and body. These are the tools a player needs to execute under pressure.

How to improve your performance quickly..
- Do this 5x Per Week for 1-Month
- Find a quiet place where you will not be distracted
- If your mind gets distracted, get back to paying attention to your breath
- Goal is to be relaxed while breathing deeply and slowly
My goal is to educate golfers of all ability levels on how to practice golf smarter, in order to improve faster. Golf was labeled “the worst practiced sport in the world” recently by Golf Science Lab. I could not agree more, golf is hard but we make it harder by the way we train.
