MORE

Videos focus on building the core, foundation of your game. No matter what your golf swing “style” all great players incorporate key elements and make it their own.

I do not believe there is a one method fits all players. There are key positions and strategies great players use as a baseline to understand their game and how it applies.

DO NOT GIVE UP IF IT IS HARD OR UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE BEGINNING.

Just like anything else in life, any change is typically difficult at first but gets better with time. Most these drills are TOUR PROVEN, meaning all PGA Tour players, no matter what their swing style/method, incorporate these drills daily to keep the “key elements” of their game in tune.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
If you play golf at all, you’ve probably noticed the smallest error can create an embarrassing shot. There are numerous variables that go into each golf shot. Most people/golfers give up on it because “that doesn’t work for me”. NO! It’s different, golf is unnatural and it takes time to get comfortable with some of the changes you may need to make.

BE DELIBERATE
Control each movement to the perfect position. Research studies have proven that you will make changes to your swing much faster without hitting a golf ball, going slow, with a heavier weighted club to change your motor patterns. When you hit a golf ball you have the performance anxiety, and default to what is comfortable in your swing – most often what’s comfortable is wrong!

MAKE SURE YOU BUILD THE FOUNDATION FIRST

Once you have mastered these drills, you can then work on the “special drills” to increase your swing speed and optimize your natural ability.

Mistakes most golfers make is giving up to early. Switch swing instructors, in search of the “secret” that does not exist.

BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS
For you to improve your most, you must buy into these drills and believe they will make you better. Having a bad attitude will hurt you more than making a bad swing.
