-
SET UP ROUTINE
Everyone can control the set up, it is a static position. Get this perfect to give you a chance at building a full swing.
-
TURN IN POSTURE
Try to keep the body centered by eliminating any sway and up/down movement as you turn the shoulders back and body pressure transfers efficiently. You can use the saber stick or a golf club to do this drill
-
TAKE AWAY
P-2 is the first moving part of the swing. If you have the proper grip, shoulders turn on plane, with the body pressure in balance, not much can go wrong!
-
TRANSITION
The top of the swing, separating the back and downswing. Once you complete the back swing, pressure is loaded and ready to fire. Relax the arms and let the core, lower body bring the club through. This will create face control with power. Start with saber stick, work up to the gabe trainer. These tools allow you to have the same timing in transition every time.
